CUBS Skills Training
CUBS Skills Training is a FUN and educational environment for young soccer players to maintain and improve their soccer knowledge and understanding. The sessions will focus on key skills, such as ball mastery, ball control, and FUNdamental skills needed in order to develop as a player. CUBS skills training is included in the CUBS League price if you are enrolled for the current season (ie. Fall, Winter, or Spring) but is always an option to sign up for separately even if your player is not playing recreational league with us.

Player Development Training (PDT)
At Puma FC we are committed to the development of our players. Our new and improved Player Development Training “PDT” program is designed to challenge players to get better, help them set goals throughout the season, and increase their love for the game. Our PDT offers high-quality sessions that allow players to get lots of touches on the ball and improve important skills such as passing, shooting, and dribbling and decision making. There are 5 seasons in the Academy program (Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, Spring, Summer). Players will be separated by ability at each session.
During PDT sessions, players will work on 1v1 dribbling moves, 1 and 2 touch passing, ball control, foot skills, shooting, and game play decision making. All sessions are designed to help the players technical ability and give them the confidence to express themselves on the field on game date.
